I have been working at sykes for more than one and half year now. The most important thing I experienced here is no work pressure. Team mates and superiors are always available for even minor help. Work culture and staff around you quite friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to process. Management is highly transparent where you can reach out to them without any hesitation. There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Worst management ever. No one will either ack or address your concerns. All the hr management is new even they don't know how the salary or leave policy works everything they change as per there convience all Fake promise. If you have a good relationship with your tl and manager you will easily get promoted to different roles. They will debit more than what they pay. You will eventually get frustrated with there policies which are not beneficial to employees. No hike in CTC. They will credit the salary in part payments you keeping getting salary till 15 of next month in part payments which I have never seen in any cooperate companies....Read More

I didn't find any challenges working at Sykes. It's been a year for me to work at Sykes and everything is going well and good. Only due to this covid situation, work from home made quite hard to set up ourselves elsewise we are standing at the peak in numbers.

I'm very lucky to work at Sykes since 2018, It's been an awesome experience till now. I love the way Sykes treat us in everything and they even support us in good times and bad times. I worked for 2 processes with Sykes. I did the day/night shift and working there I felt so good and I've learned a lot over there. Teammates, team leaders, and managers all were super supportive. It's a very friendly environment and I totally loved it. Sykes is the best platform I've ever worked in, the way Sykes makes you feel as an employee is something out of the world, overall I would like to give 5 stars to Sykes. Also, you can go for internal transfers which are super quick and a great learning experience. If you perform well, they would definitely consider your performances and encourage you to work at a higher level. About the cafeteria- when I joined free food was available and it quite good and then slowly and steadily Sykes made the best cute cafeteria by including Sodexo coupons and a big basket machine and everything is perfect now. About the HR- they are our problem solver as they sort out our issues anytime and anywhere, they never get irritated by our questions from time to time and I feel like this type of HR's should be there in every company. About the bonus- In the pandemic when most of the companies were struggling to provide salaries they even provided bonus in 2020 which is a great thing. They even provide us goodies during Diwali and host many contests on social media which is a great opportunity to win good prizes....Read More

Work is super good, working life is satisfactory as I gained knowledge and developed my skills, I've learned a lot of things from my seniors and it's not at all hectic to work. The training session was excellent which made the work easy for us.
