Someone can join company only if they are fresher Or in need of urgent money (if they are not getting any other offer) Company as a whole sucks... Especially the HR's There is no job security... They might fire you on the silliest reasons. There is no standard policy to follow..... Hr behaves depending on how good you l*ick their shoes. Pay is really low..... Worst place I have ever worked. It was a nightmare for me for 2 and half years. Especially with my managers the Great Md Azhar and Chitra Munjal. They are very very worst managers. Promoted me as level 2 and promised me for 6 mnths probation. After 9 months of my work, even after my excellent work. I didn't get any response of promotion letter. So I thought of leaving the company by asking result of my hard work and they gave me level 1 papers saying you have not completed 1year...such cruel people. Worst people, Worst HR. Loretta and sachin. They play great politics more than a worst politician. Overall very very very bad experience at that filthy company. Happy that I'm out of it....Read More
