The only thing I liked was, colleagues at my office.

The work culture is pathetic and the management is so worst that they don't care about employees. I still wonder how clients are working with this company. This being a BPO company, the least they know is satisfied employees lead to satisfied customer service. The management is only good at giving un relatable logics. All the departments in this organization, starting from training to Manager and director of Sykes India need to first have some common sense and the last thing for these guys is the Humanity. I don't think anyone except who is in dire need of job or money, needs to join this company. There needs to be a negative star for this organization to rate. The work stress is less but the Management here makes to victimized even if there is no work. Not having work on hand is also a curse here.

The Company is very good in work culture, Both Managers and Team Leaders were very helpful and they will give respect to the agents and give preferences in the shifts and in week-offs. Work environment was very good.

Dislikes

The one thing was incentives and benefits will not be on time and less response from payroll team regarding the salary queries and less training sessions after post-job.

I did not like the working there as i was there in domestic process and the manager was so rude as he understand himself the superior....

working culture, manager don't know how to behave with the executives false commitments were given, also they will target you and will try to give you warning letter so that you no more longer to get incentives
