As of now it is good company for freshers and lateral entry candidates and comparing to other BPO sector Sutherland is far better but directly is not good company

After 9 hours they ask to work and no compensation for over time works. After working hours they will consume your time in the name of huddle (meeting)

Cafeteria is good but the shopkeeper is very rude to all employees which is annoying , unclean restrooms , sometimes cab issues .

mangers are very rude on employeess. i am not saying to whole department but , some managers don't encourage employees.my manger was very bad at dealing the team... to be frank i have resigned my company because of my manager only.. and HR response was also not good at all.. Thank you.

Performance ratings will be provides as per employees performance for overal financial year. Says that appraisal will be based on that rating but i never seen a transparent appraisal process means how much amount is going to increase for the particular rating.

All my team leads were understanding. They try their best to understand the teams needs.

Leave policy. Need atleast 2 sick leaves per month instead of 1. It’s too less. Especially as a woman I sometimes feel like not going for work when you are on your periods. But you just don’t have the option for more than a day.
