We have openings for Travel Vertical Level 1 & 2 Senior Associate

Shift Timing : 24*7 rotational shifts, 5 days of work and 2 days off.

Graduation Not mandatory (12th Std pass is also fine)

Excellent communication in English.

Minimum 2 Years and above experience along with Air ticketing(Reservations) and any one of the GDS (Amadeus, Galileo , Sabre, Pegasus and Worldspan) Experience is mandatory .

Job description

• Minimum 2 years of working experience, must be adept with the latest versions of both GDSs. Farelogix and NDC experience a plus.
• Deep SME in fare rules, schedule changes, name corrections, MCOs, Residuals, manual calculations, complex itineraries (international, multi-destination, different currencies), etc. Experience in Ticket issuance, reissuances (exchanges) a plus.
• Track record of low error rate; low airline debit memos/financial losses.
• Microsoft Office application skills, including Outlook, and Excel
• Basic internet and web-based application skills
