• Minimum 4 years of WFM domain experience.
• Experience in WFM - Resource Planning within an International business
• Proficiency in any WFM tool (Verint/IEX)
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work from office and in rotational shifts.
• Location: Hyderabad-Uppal.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiner

2. Associate Manager Scheduling

• Minimum 4 years of WFM domain experience.
• Experience in scheduling within an international process.
• Proficiency in any WFM tool (Verint/IEX)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work from office and in rotational shifts.
• Location: Hyderabad-Uppal.

3. Associate Manager RTA

• Minimum 4 years of WFM domain experience.
• Experience in real-time domain.
• Proficiency in any WFM tool (Verint/IEX)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Willing to work from office.
• Location: Hyderabad-Uppal.

4. Manager – RTA

• Minimum 7 years of WFM domain experience.
• Experience in managing end to end WFM
• Strong experience in managing a team of RTAs.
• Proficiency in WFM tools.
• Current experience as a manager, leading a team.
• Willing to work from office and in rotational shifts.
• Location: Hyderabad-Uppal.

Note: All three Associate Manager roles will be Individual Contributor (IC) positions.
