Opening For Team Lead - Content Moderation/Trust&Safety

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for content moderation, ensuring timely completion of tasks within SLA guidelines.
  
• Oversee floor management, shrinkage, attrition management, and AHT (Average Handle Time) to maintain efficient operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to trust & safety standards.
  
• Develop strategies to reduce shrinkage rates through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in Content Review, Team Leading, SLA Management, Aht, Shrinkage, Attrition Management.
  
• Strong understanding of Trust & Safety principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders across various functions.
  
• Ability to analyze data insights from MIS reports to drive business decisions.
