Sutherland is actually sufferland. They made me work in night shift for 8 months.The netapp project is run by a dictator and the only skills which the TSM's have there is bucketing. Even if we say our concerns to the HR it finally reaches the dictator and our lives will become more miserable. Its fine if your jobless for couple of months ,but please dont lose your sanity by joining this company.
