I did for 1 year overall experience is good. But full of politics, team leader support is good sometimes you feel torture . You need to do sale regular follow up, appraisal is very bad , you can learn new things skill development program also there .HR is so supportive to employees and work balance also ok

Nothing to like anything ... Fake promises are very good in this company. All give fake promises

All the managers and the team leaders are worst. No one wants to help the employee. All the high designations are doing show off with thier work culture. The work culture and the work balance is really very bad. All uses slangs to scold someone or the other. If the employee wants to take a leave the managers and the TL do not approve the leave, rather they remove all the access from the floor and sent a mail to your maild id of Full and Final settlement. The worst company ever I have ever seen. And also, they "DO NOT GIVE THE EXACT SALARY THAT IS MENTIONED IN THE OFFER LETTER." I suggest do not join this company or else you guys will loose money, time and as well as your mental health....Read More

The ambience of the production floor is the worst. It's so toxic and so much biased you can't even imagine. The HR department won't give you leave even if there is a death in your house or if your seriously ill. Most of the top level guys the Team leaders and specially The HR department are very much toxic biased and they won't evencare about your mental health, there is no cab facilities untill you are certified and during that too they'll give you shifts which seems impossible to come....Read More

People are not supportive, not a single person if we have any isse we share with TL and AM they don't listen also company doesn't have system for agent still they are hiring new employees, system, mouse headphones everything is worst here, i am gonna leave this company soon.

I have been absconded from the company without any of my guilts ... I was suffering from jaundice and hepatitis A, I had shown the documents and reports to my team leader but he denied to give me leaves where I had 24 leaves in my leave bucket

But forget about your leaves and planning with your friend cause you don't even know when is your weekoff
