I worked in the Pre-Covid era so here are some pros:- The Environment is pretty chill on all the projects. Immediate On-Site Opportunities for almost everyone. Comfort Zone establishment. Majority of the people leave at 5:00 WFH support project wise.

Dislikes

I worked in the Pre-Covid era so here are some cons: The Chill environment does not push you to learn more & adapt. Projects for Testing are not so good & technically poor.

Well there are a lot of opportunities to change projects inside this company. The chances of travelling onsite depends upon your project. Overall you do have a sense of job surity.

Dislikes

The chances to grow as an individual are very limited, no proper trainings for new technologies or even on job trainings. The appraisal process doesn't matter how much they say that it is "TRANSPARENT" I for one have always found it to be dubious.
