I didn't like the working culture at all.

They are promoting their girlfriends to higher level Even if she is a fresher. Also the leave approval police is good but in only documents.. once you apply for that your TL will strictly ask you to cancel it. All this is happening in Dream 11 process. Company is good but everything depends on process in which you're working

Dislikes

Strict 8hrs of login. Even when systems are not available in the office. You'll have to complete 8 login hours whether you're able to login half an hour later due to systems issue or some other issues(not employee's fault). You'll have to extend the shift for the same. And no sick leaves. Work pressure is too much. Food court & toilet distance is too far it'll take 10-15 min to walk up-down at a time....Read More

The site is spacious and lots of process running within the company. Good amount of space and greenary to sit and relax.

Dislikes

No job security, graveyard shifts, no cabs, no parking facility, huge salary deductions for sick leaves and any emergency leaves.

Here I’m talking about only my process I.e. SBIC , as a company organise every cultural programs but in our process we don’t have any rights to join that . I like only company’s architecture.

While working in my process there so much politics and there is no growth , any one can depressed . And also there worst management. You can not take any sick leave any other leaves . There is no any work life balance .

Cleaning is good,and any thing break on the floor so cleaning staff clean the all things in min lighting,fan,ac,& medical are good.

Dislikes

Some senior staff not good behaviour with female staff and if female staff doing work accordingly TL so he will promoted ther wi,it's 9 hours for which is not liked any more,food also price also very high, in my process most of the system not working and my tl not doing anything he just always changed my sit.

Worst company i've ever worked with. Absconded me without any notification even after I shared my medical documents with manager. its been a week now and yet there's no email or any phone call received from HR regarding my job status yet.

no work life balance management treats you like a slave management never adheres to the company policies and just do whatever they wants to do and say whatever they wants to say. they take action on your job status with any prior notice or any communiccation trainers and team leads will yell at you in front of everyone on minor things
