They will not release your salary even in case if you get medicallly unfit and hence unable to join the workplace. Same thing happened with me. Actually what happened, in the July month and after working for 22 days, I had to hospitalized due to severe abdomen pain my health was not good even though I tried to continue until hospitalized for 5 days. And I was diagnostic with appendicitis, hepatitis and gallbladder duct inflamation a severe health condition. My parents informed everything to the management. I sent my medical report to the management to the HR, Manager and TL and begged them to release my salary so that we could make up some medical treatment expenditure( for 5 days the amount of medical expenses was over 45 thousands). Now this is the month of October but till now no information about my 22 days of work. They have the worst policies. Government should take action on such a fraud companies......I will never work with such kind of organization in my whole life.....instead of helping me financially when I was completely rely on the organization they did not release my payment also....... I will take legal action that is for sure....Read More
