𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Handle international customer queries and provide effective solutions through voice support.
Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.


𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO (International experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment.
