𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Handling customer queries via phone, chat, or email.

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Meeting performance targets and delivering quality results.

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Graduate/Undergraduate.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum 6 months of documented experience in BPO (voice or non-voice).

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Good verbal and written communication skills.

𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬: Rotational shifts (Day shift for female candidates).

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬: 6 days a week.

𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐬: Rotational week offs.
