the experience with this company is disheartening. They they have absolutely no work life balance or team management skills (team lead or managers). They don’t even know how to handle employees, manage shrinkage, making teams they also don’t even know what is team building activity they should learn about these things, the office politics toxic work environment created by the team leads and managers, also some senior employees.
