If you can take those things lightly, you will be perfect candidate. They give you ample amount of opportunities to learn. And last but not the least, don’t believe HRs, they lie a lot.

Fusion BPO has offices in 7 countries. Their promoters are based in US. The Kolkata office basically services the US/Canada office and thus most of the work happens in US timezone. Fusion has grown mostly inorganically which means there are no uniform policies and processes. It basically affords tremendous scope for improvement

Dislikes

Fusion BPO is basically a family run business and the key positions are either occupied by family members who do not possess necessary skills to justify the position or by those who appease the promoters. I felt that work or the value brought to the business was less important compared to the policy of appeasement of the promoters. I would not recommend Fusion BPO to a true professional. If you can live with appeasement, then you may have a future in this company. Job security seems to be least important to the promoters......Read More

The work can be exciting however you get bogged down by typical issues found in family run businesses. I felt suffocated in the initial stages itself. Most of the decisions are taken by the promoters themselves.

There is nothing to like, especially the management of Syed Shirin Saah, she is such a bayas lady, full park circuse situated in the office in the international process, people don't know how to talk, how to respect, so many bad language used by TL and manager

They trained you well for doing their job. Senior colleagues are helpful to you. Salary is credited in exact date of every month & so that salary slip also. Work environment is average.

In Fusion BPO, there are so many process. I've worked for one process & now I'm writing about this process. I've worked for 2 years and 10 months. But in this 2 years a single penny is not increased in salary. There is no increment. In case of promotion they will promote as per their priority. Some TL's are good there, but some aremore than worst. Some TL's behaviour is not good. They didn't want to take you leave as per your need. Now coming to the office timing. Office timing was 10-7pm. They wanted you to be in the office at sharp 10 am. But in case of logout they will not let you logout in sharp 7pm, they dragged the time to 8-8.30 pm. They don’t even know how to handle employees, manage shrinkage, making teams they also don’t even know what is team building activity they should learn about these things, the office politics toxic work environment created by the team leads and managers, also some senior employees.
