Here, I worked around 8 months, the most amazing things here is time flexibility if you've a bonding with seniors then their will be time flexibility, preferred week off, leave and also one more thing you can also take a unplanned leave.

Dislikes

In Fusion BPO the most irritable is they will ask for week off and after that they also informed your preference accepted but on the chart day will be changed. If salary is not on time. They force for overtime and other incentives but when comes to payout they show you a error on the done work.
