Nothing to be liked..First bgv takes 5-6, months..3Rd grade Hr Alisha Shaikh..Who never responds and never updates on joining formalities.. Only offer letter gets issues month by month bt no joining.. Actual joining never happens..On the spot decided batch of joining gets cancelled for that also is not informed or updated from Hr.Next batch..The batch is not shifted only cancelled..The candidate get into frustration as they have already resigned from their previous job..can anyone feel the stress on them.. that too the company can't think..such a waste it's investing in such a company. request not to join here ,🙏🙏🙏...Read More

One thing is good about firstsource is it provides Job security. It's good company for Freshers to start their career. It's also having good work environment.
Dislikes
The major issue I guess is compensation and benefits. I find that no scope for learning and growing with company, company does not provide personal development training and knowledge improving training.
Work Details
I was in operation department its basically solving customer queries. It's totally back office Process. I used to handle four different processes.
