I worked there from Sept 2011 till July 2013 in a UK Process, ScottishPower. It was not a dream company, it was not less than that too. People were good, managers were good, It was my first company and being a BPO I never felt like that. It was always like a corporate job. I think that process is not there now.
Dislikes
I only does not like one thing that was low salary for fresher in Scottish Power.

I joined there as a fresher graduate, I was not exposed to too much work. I was just doing a daily routine work. It was a backend profile, good work life balance since It was not target oriented job. Learnt email etiquette and telephone etiquette
