There is nothing I like about this company.

First of all this was my first job and the experience was worst. It was a project based hiring and the training period was okay, and all of a sudden during the training they shifted us to other project. When we were in FI stage, the VA's didn't help much. The company deals with targets per days and sometimes the work goes beyond theworking hours and the people didn't give excuse so i had to work even till 11pm due to which my mental health also went bad. During high work time, they increased the targets and made us to work ond holidays and sundays. There is no proper communication between the executives and the employees, even the senior staffs makes mistake, but the blame us. There is no work-life balance due to which my healthhot deteriorated. In the middle they end my contract telling that there was some issue with the client. Here people will easily fool us, and as it is work from home, we feel okay to take this job, but i have learnt from this, so please think twice before you join this company....Read More

1. Very partial AM who assigned tough/irrelevant jobs to me based on partiality. He exploited me by saying all others are very young people, or sick, etc., and only from Linked profile, I found today, the 'young' person he referred to was actually having 11+ years experience (I have only 7) & was over 30 years of age!! I resigned only last month due to toxic culture of AM. Hectic workload was assigned to me even on Pooja/Holidays, whereas he gave leaves generously to all other team members. Raised his voice & talked to me abusively when I confronted him about my exploitation. He even cursed me saying I won't be living good wherever company I go!! I wish him back 10 times and will not accept his curses!!...Read More

Full of politics, especially pondicherry team are rude and doing so many politics. You'll be forced to work on Saturday and Sunday without any comp off, if you say you can't work on Holidays, you'll be threadned and you'll get very poor hike, rating and API. Management and seniors have very poor knowledge.
