💥 The only positive? That I got laid off and no longer have to deal with this unprofessional chaos. Frequent layoffs are the only positive thing you can face to get rid of the bond and the company's 🐂 💩.

If you're considering joining Mu Sigma, think again. My time here was marked by constant mismanagement, lack of transparency, and a toxic HR culture. Here's the reality behind the "data-driven" facade: 🚫 Unfair Bench Policy: Even after being project-ready and having already contributed to a previous project, I was kept unallocated for months — without any support or clarity from the internal staffing teams. 🚫 Blatant HR Threats & Pressure Tactics: HR, including the HR head, resorted to threats of disciplinary termination just because I wasn’t in a project — even though the situation was out of my control. They created mental pressure, rather than offering solutions. 🚫 No Support During Downtime: Instead of offering training, reskilling, or allocation help, they monitored office hours obsessively — even when there was no work assigned. The expectation was to sit for 9 hours with zero output just to look active. 🚫 Disregard for Employee Circumstances: Despite informing HR of personal commitments and requesting WFH while unallocated, the company showed no flexibility. Empathy is non-existent. 🚫 Bond and Exit Misuse: HR threatened to mark my exit as disciplinary and enforce bond penalties, even though I had already served in a valid project and did not ask for any release. They used the bond as a tool to trap, not train. 🚫 No Real Career Growth: You don’t learn cutting-edge analytics. The real learning is limited and outdated. Projects are misaligned, and you often just execute tasks without context or ownership....Read More

Harassment. Complain and more harassment. Even after giving 3+ years of loyalty and day night of hardwork to this organisation, it treated me like a stray dog. Reason- I wanted a change, wanted to work on pure play analytics. I was promoted to AL which is why there was no hands on offered at any accounts. Also a reason that they do not have enough projects to firstly engage skilled people. When you inform things to HR head Harish, who has been in the org from 10 years that the new manager in my previous team is mentally harassing me for any better suggestions or improvements put forward and degrading my name intentionally in account calls, I was the centre of target. When I changed account, his friends in the other account started targeting me for the same reason that I try to interfere in seniors decisions into projects. And then I was made to change account again for no reason and there I was in a even worse condition as the Lead was his roomate who kept mocking me in public saying I know what u did and what u do. So basically I suffered for 7 months because I tried to assist my new manager into taking better decisions for the team I was working 3+ years with trying to give him as much context as I can. Bottom line, lot of power is in hands of people who are inexperienced, reason why many projects are doing good. All skilled people of my batch left for better jobs....Read More
