Harassment. Complain and more harassment. Even after giving 3+ years of loyalty and day night of hardwork to this organisation, it treated me like a stray dog. Reason- I wanted a change, wanted to work on pure play analytics. I was promoted to AL which is why there was no hands on offered at any accounts. Also a reason that they do not have enough projects to firstly engage skilled people. When you inform things to HR head Harish, who has been in the org from 10 years that the new manager in my previous team is mentally harassing me for any better suggestions or improvements put forward and degrading my name intentionally in account calls, I was the centre of target. When I changed account, his friends in the other account started targeting me for the same reason that I try to interfere in seniors decisions into projects. And then I was made to change account again for no reason and there I was in a even worse condition as the Lead was his roomate who kept mocking me in public saying I know what u did and what u do. So basically I suffered for 7 months because I tried to assist my new manager into taking better decisions for the team I was working 3+ years with trying to give him as much context as I can. Bottom line, lot of power is in hands of people who are inexperienced, reason why many projects are doing good. All skilled people of my batch left for better jobs....Read More

1. Worst Female AL's managers. I was very excited when I joined this place, felt like a dream come true, but all my dream broke as I was literally tortured by the female AL's ( Managers) here, they had problem with me in terms of everything, I hated working with them, they just prove that " One woman cannot see another woman succeeding ", constantly they were jealous, trying to misguide me at work. The women colleagues in my team were pathetic, worst than street people, purposely trying to bring me down and harass me, telling others not to teach me properly. 2. I hope something really bad happens to the female AL's who tortured me, I quit my job in a very short duration, couldn't take abuse environment. They belonged to Org department....Read More

It's just a shit home , where they hire more than they need like 5-600 plus every year with a 4y bond and fire them anytime they want in name of bad performance but employee cannot leave if they receive better opportunities
