But it’s a matter of luck—if you switch projects, their influence over your situation disappears due to the rigid hierarchy. 3. Competitive Compensation The pay is decent, which can be tempting. However, over time, you may realize that money alone doesn’t make up for the other challenges. 4. Flexible Work Hours (Depends on Your Project) Flexibility exists, but it’s entirely dependent on your project and manager. If you’re in the right team, you might enjoy some work-life balance. The expectation is to be available round the clock, with no regard for your well-being. 4. Management That Fails Employees. Leadership exists only to serve the client and protect their own positions. Employee concerns are ignored, and voices are silenced. 5. Employees Are Just Pawns in the Client Game. Your hard work means nothing compared to client satisfaction. I worked here for 2 years but not a single time I like anything about this company if I compared to my last 2 companies which are very small in front of C5 but not every big company is a great company.

The culture of this company is very poor. Each and every time and on every stage there will be a politics, it's waiting for you if you are here. Many times I give suggestion to HR department, but no one take any action. If you are from a different locations rather than mumbai, then they will criticize you by their words or by behavior.
