Your job is secure only if your one of the Family Member of the Managers hear, even if u r don't contribute You are paid decent hike and recognition only if you are like a pet for your Managers

There is no skill development, only personalism work (like chacha bhatija). Manager did not give any chance to new employee for growth. They only believe in previous employee thise employee work only efficiently. New commer has no ability to do the work if they have how much of year experience. My experience is worst in this organisation. So I recommend not to join this company.

There are some good people around me, we get salary on time, nearby location.

Dislikes

Management, company politics. Alot of salary deduction, poor HR services, especially this problem are with EBGC department, doesn't get recognition for our hard work, don't get proper promotion, some people always do back bitching about our personal life.
