There has never been any issue of payment. I have worked so well all these years. Amit Kumar is an executive in the open office. Sir, I have to meet again in CLT or car clinic. You have learned how to handle clients or how to deal or handle clients or researchers. Is it possible for us to do this or no one can ever do it

2,3 executive have no etiquette how to talk and do partiality and don't respect a good man and Those who already have an agency are appointed as supervisors and do not provide work to those who need it.Till the time I was working with Amit Kumar, everything was good but now he does not get work, hence the office people do not even give work to his team. 2,3 There are executives who don't know how to talk to clients: They don't have any idea how to do the work.They don't even want to get a car clinic done.Amit Kumar should be given work, he should be given a car clinic....Read More

No work life balance Micro managing Rotten mid management - zero help on projects,they willl just check 10 times a day on how much work has been completed Politics is spread across the Gurgaon office and the appraisal is completely based on how much of a yes guy you were to the manager, performance has no role in appraisal. Managersmake impossible commitments and then juniors are supposed to work every other weekend to fulfill them..and this is when client had not even given a stringent timeline. No Bonus and taking more then 15 leaves in a calender year is looked down upon If you are looking to join in a junior role as a Management Trainee, Research Executive or a Senior Research Executive, I would seriouslly suggest you to go anywhere but here. Atleast not the gurgaon office. The treatment of juniors is appaling and it is just not worth it....Read More

I like the company, but despite having skills and a bachelor's degree, our work isn’t truly valued. Even after working for 5-7 years, managers and directors don’t recommend us for permanent positions. Instead, they only review our contracts, making job security uncertain.

Only Good thing about this company is that it gives chance to freshers.

Very Very very poor, work life balance, sometimes I feel that they don't treat us like human beings, they treat us like animals, a tome was there when I used to login at 10 AM and log off at 5... No its not 5 PM evening, its 5 AM in the morning, now count the number of hours.

Work life balance No transportation service to employees No care taken of employees with respect to timings and travel Bus service is provided only at exact time You have to extend to complete task, and in such scenario also no cab service provided even if employees leave at 11:30pm or 12am Management is biased towards South Indian employees, they get preference over rest of the employees

They have good learning and development modules

Dislikes

Everything else, there is a lot of politics which hampers regular work. They are not ethical too since they manipulate data to get desired results. They have given business targets to junior people, and executive directors are inept to do business. There are CXOs about whom no one knows what they do or they are just there for salary.
