Salary is the best out of the top 3 big companies in market research and that is the only positive aspect. It still feels low when compared to the amount of work done or hours spent on completing day-to-day tasks.

Dislikes

There is absolutely no work-life balance as the teams are severely understaffed always. Have to work extra hours almost every day without any extra pay. Also have to work on weekends/ holidays, etc. There is no comp off or additional pay for this as well. There is no log off time in particular but we are expected to login on time in the morning.

There one should be having Vast domain knowledge and internal analysis life cycle in a broader view.

Dislikes

There is no upskilling.They are not recruiting any new employee.During the time of multiple deliverables there is breathtaking workload on an individual that the persona can collapse.Manager is very toxic and has no simple fellow feeling for his subordinates.Manager is least interested to take up any responsibility but assigns ample number of tasks to the people who uses to report to him.

Work culture and job security is the best thing at Kantar. Sports event like leather ball cricket, chess, carrom, badminton, football, walkathon etc. If you are a sport lover or health freak then this is for you.

Dislikes

Skill development and salary is something you will have to compromise if you want to be here. But if you are looking for long term stay in a single company it is the best.

Work policy: You have to be part events, functions and activities mandatorily. And apart from that 10 days in a year.
