ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- We are looking for ambitious, energetic and experienced research professionals who are looking to further their career in the Consumer Insights function.
- You will join us with a focus on a specific area of expertise (Brand Guidance, Innovation, Segmentation, Custom Research) and drive excellence, efficiency and thought leadership to ultimately drive impactful insights for our clients & help elevate internal capabilities.
- Further, you will be responsible for building new client relations and nurturing existing client relationships in the role of a trusted advisor to them.
- As a people leader you will also be able to motivate team members to build capabilities and strive for excellence.
- In this role you will be expected to independently manage clients and advise them on research briefs & be accountable for delivering insights to senior stakeholders.

Designation: Account Director/ Group Account Director.
Location - Mumbai.
Experience - 6+ years of experience in quantitative consumer insights.
Qualification - Master's in Business Administration.
Post Graduate Degree.
ROLE REQUIREMENT:
- Proven knowledge of market research: consumer research/brand research & retail research, specifically product testing, U&A, and pricing projects, especially in FMCG/ Consumer durables.
- Experience in quantitative research techniques & tools like questionnaire / research design / preparing a research execution plan etc.
- Proven skills in team management and leadership.
- Background and experience in P&L management.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -.
- Achieving growth and managing business financials.
- Identifying new business initiatives and leveraging skills across units.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Creating an environment that fosters new work/innovations.
- Driving thought leadership in teams.
- Developing research capability among team members.
- Guiding the research executives working on a project to understand exactly what is required of them and training them if necessary.
- Contribution to the overall training of executives in quantitative research techniques.
- Client management and presentation of company credentials, proposals, and research results.
- Ensuring the highest level of client servicing and account planning to build senior networks across our client base.
- Report writing and presentation creation including client recommendations, with the ability to work independently.
- Negotiation of acceptable costs and contract agreements with suppliers.
- Creation of discussion guides and screeners + moderation of groups, interviews, ethnography, and online forums.
- Budget control and time spent monitoring job cost summaries regularly.
- Overall management of the research team and suppliers.
