SUMMARY
CBRE Transaction Management (TM) role will involve managing Real Estate Portfolios of Client Accounts, delivering comprehensive strategy-based solutions through best-in-class practices.
The primary responsibility of the resource will be to work closely with the Client Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and CBRE teams in India to enable and deliver end to end transactions across the clients real estate lifecycle.
KEY DUTIES
The TM Resource will undertake complete ownership of the client relationship in India and act as their primary point of contact in CBRE
- Collaborate with the Client CRE and CBREs in country, regional and global teams for improving alignment with Client’s RE goals.
- Identify and mobilize teams on ground to engage with client stakeholders, review and formalize fee terms and engagement letters (request for services document)
- Drive transaction projects based on scope of service, prioritization of assignments and adherence to client SOPs, playbook and processes.
- Manage transactions of varied nature including but not limited to lease renewal, relocation, consolidation, disposition, divestment etc. across all stages and ensure successful documentation closeout
- Deliver on client deliverables such as portfolio benchmarking, mark to market activity, occupancy strategy, business case study, cash flow analysis, financial modelling etc.
- Review lease documents such as LOI, MOU, lease agreement, sale deed, lease surrender, termination letter etc. and liaise with the client and counter party legal teams.
- Facilitate weekly/monthly meetings, WIP calls with the client’s CRE, internal and external stakeholders. Maintain consistent reporting, communication and implement standardized templates.
- Develop ability to navigate through various client divisions; including but not limited to Business leadership, CRE, Legal, Finance, Project and Facilities Management, Audit, Admin etc.
- Provide client support in preparing Annual Operation Plan/RE Budgets and any other Ad Hoc activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Postgraduate, Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent, Past Experience of working in Property Consultancy firms, Client or Developer’s office
- 4 to 12 years’ experience in Real Estate, preferably commercial asset class (Office, Retail)
