Kantar - Director - Operations (8-10 yrs)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead our Hyderabad office. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of operational excellence to drive business objectives and enhance process efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop teams to achieve business goals by fostering talent and driving performance.

- Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine existing processes and design new operational strategies.

- Risk & Compliance Management: Maintain a strong control environment by proactively identifying, mitigating, and resolving operational risks.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships with onshore business partners.

- Policy & Compliance Adherence: Ensure full compliance with company and group policies, as well as industry regulations.

- Operational Oversight: Oversee multiple teams within the operations support department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.

- Performance Management: Regularly assess team performance, providing guidance and making necessary course corrections.

- Strategic Influence: Apply deep disciplinary knowledge to resolve complex issues, persuading and negotiating with stakeholders using strong communication and diplomacy skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably in a large organization.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience in risk management, compliance, and process improvement.
