They just hire people saying they will give you training and provide CRC certification course after that we will have to work with them for at least 18 months (per bond). But they literally lie always. No certification provided, no job security at all, they just put targets that can rarely be achieved. At the time of joining they say we will have to work for 5 days a week but they call on Saturday aur sometimes either ask the person to work from home on Sundays or ask them to come to office. No job security at all. I was among the best performers for the last 6 months but guess what happened, they called some people from the floor and told them that please sign this document and you will be relieved from the organisation (without any reason) the same day. HR said due to performance you people are getting fired but they do not show any data. Also this firing thing happens almost 2-3 times a month. So this is the worst company i have ever worked. There is no value of the employees no matter you are a lateral or an freshers. Officially their timing are from 9-5 but they force their employees to report to office at 8 anyhow no matter you are a Male ir female regardless of either the distance you have to travel in the early morning or Summer/Winter(especially winter morning at when 6 O'clock it's pretty dark) No matter what you cannot take leave of more than 2 days even after applying for it priorly (cause they are never get approved from your managers) else the HR will call you ask you to report office next day immediately otherwise they'll post you as abscond. No family or medical emergency matters to them. Talking about work life balance... ? What's that in CorroHealth?? If you are someone who is looking for work life balance then DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT EVEN IN YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE, unless you are applying for the role of Manager. Transportation facilities problem, due to that work life balance is going and can't able to spend personal time at home, even sometimes the timings we spend during work by extending our time getting un noticed but one day if we left early it shows early leaving and need to apply permission there is lack of appreciation for work we do

They will select the candidates in Interview & ask them to come & join in our company .Once we enter the company they are saying that there will be training period whereyou need to write the exam daily even you are good scorer on that exam company will eliminate you without any reason. (Note: During the Training period they will notprovide any salary instead of that we need to expanses for everything company will never take any responsibilities for the employee & also you are not supposed to take leave @ any cost even you have severe health issues you need to go for company). The only thing I like about this company is the Bangalore TA team, wonderful team to work with and learn especially got great support from Raja- AGM TA, Clinton and Soundarya and got a very good learning exposure and if there was seperate rating for the team alone I would give a 10 star.
