I will not refer to anyone of this company. I had very bad experience. After joining they just playing move to other process and department every 10 to 15 days and after 6 months ask about performance , poor management mohali and Noida also and ask about layoff without any reason. So I had bad journey with coronis. I never ever to go again and don't want refer to anyone

I dont know about others experience but for me, I want company to listen, understand, respond and Support which I received during and after my tenure. I was lucky that I was under Mohit Bali team and in Noida office having HR Varsha Chabbra. If you are delivering what company expecting then no one will be against you. Private company is all about handling pressure and improving you skill. Sit and earn will not work here. Company is good in term of salary, incentive and support( hardworker). Pethatic company to work woth no job security users are getting fired at regular basis without proper reason. Management is full of idiotic people . Dont ever join this organisation wherever its branches are located in the country. They have hold down the appraisal and laying employees off.Be aware this is a fake organisation with fake promises. Full of politcs and pethatic management

So many things to dislike. Firstly the terrible food they serve, no improvement plans for candidates. No career-oriented. Have a lot of Hierarchy like- Jr Analyst, Analyst, Sr Analyst, SME 1, SME 2, ATL, TL Sr Tl. Manager take pahuchne ke liye 10 saal nikal jayengay. The most important thing is management is at Mohali so for Noida people many times it's observed that you guys are ignored over Mohali people in terms of Inventory/ opportunities. Work and life balance and culture is good. All collegues talks about with each other with respect.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are less, employees are working in same projects for years, so learning and knowledge gap is there due to this. Recently increments become poor and average and not as per industry standards. Regular IJPs are not there, it should be there.
