Even in the lock down period company paid the full salary that's what I like the most and this company is really nice but the people in lower management specially the managers are super ploliticals.

Dislikes

Unfair decisions, company policies are not adhere by theanagees itself, few get promoted 180 degree with no good job done and making other capable people cornered, also promotion policies are breaked. You have to show case work extensions.

I have been working here since july 2022. I love the working environment of the company. there are many facilities provided by the company i.e. meals , transport, employees securities etc. My team is very supportive. My TL is also very kind. One of the most enjoyable part is celebrating festivals and having fun activity.

I was having serious medical issues and had to undergo surgery but they terminated my job as i asked for work from home for sometime till i recover. They are giving WFH for others, but i felt i was terminated in an unjustified way. Felt bad for this kind of behavior which i never expected. Overall company is good.
