There's chance to maintain Work-life balance since the company mantains the narrative that the office should be used as a tool. Overall culture is good because there's a lot of churn that brings fresh people and perspectives. Salary is competitive based on what I've seen in the market. Skill development is encouraged with company providing for various courses and allowances for certification etc. Lastly, they've started taking employee benefits seriously with better health plans, complimentary gym membership, OPD reimbursement etc. Generous paternity leave - 16 week of paternity leave is granted to all male employees across the globe which is better than 95% of the companies across the globe...Read More

Little work autonomy owing to everything being led and controlled by US and UK. Promotions are difficult to come by and one needs to fight hard for that.

The salary is good for fresher and the party along with latest technology is taught. The job had flexible timing and no restrictions on going home early.

Dislikes

The work culture here is not great. It was great up till 2023 , then process kept changing which made the job difficult as we had to document each and every step. Sometimes you feel the work is repetitive but if you’re really interested in this domain then it is worth it. As of growth , you must be good with management then promotion is good and they recognise talents.
