Title: Avoid Unless Desperate – Toxic Culture & Disorganized Leadership Toxic culture – employees have sought psychiatric help after working here. Useless HR team – zero support, zero resolution. Senior Management = Bullies – disrespectful and insecure. The owner is a "Lala" – takes things personally, insults people, and often hits below the belt. No process orientation – everyone's just focused on lead creation with no clarity or alignment. Flawed products and services – research reports are full of false and whimsical data. Ask questions, and you’ll be ghosted. Ops team wastes time – arguably the most useless department at MNM. Some VPs are hypocrites and schmucks – especially Ashish Talwar, Vineet Augustine, Gursher, Rahul Bhagwat, Sameer N, and Hitesh. Unexplained salary deductions and occasional payment delays. No job security – company practices blatant favoritism. Talent is ignored; bootlickers are rewarded. Customer retention is poor – if a client engages once, there’s a high chance they won’t return. After 15+ years, they have barely 100 accounts globally – proof of weak leadership and a non-competitive portfolio. Work-life balance is nonexistent – meetings can be scheduled at any time and are always considered mandatory. Performance reviews are abusive – used to insult, not improve. Management has no vision for revenue – they resort to micromanagement and blame games. Notice period is a joke – they manipulate terms at will with no severance, but penalize you if you exit early. The owner ("Lala") is the root cause of most issues – his leadership style is destructive and widely criticized. Advice to Management: Take accountability, build real processes, invest in your people, and stop the bullying and micromanagement. Your biggest challenge is your own leadership....Read More

The Company has been tracking working hours, and whom so ever work below the fixed working hours their salary for the day will be detected. Though i have done my work on various projects, since i was not able to meet the production time my salary has been deducted (WITHOUT CONSIDERING THAT PROJECTS ARE BEING DELIVERED). Several times DEDUCTION HAPPENED TO ME. so its always the salary time , i have to check if i got full payment. To add to this HR policy, the company also imposed 4 days WFO. Which also includes Loss of pay, if u fail to be in office. worst HR Policy, more on micromanagement. Initially i liked working in the company, but they reduced the flexibility and made more towards just be in office kinda work culture. Talking about office life. .... way worst. they have the smallest possible cafeteria area. No good Food. The company is very poor to provide coffee powders for the employees. Flexible working hours. But since you are having laptop to carry home, you will be told to work from home leading to long working hours.

Dislikes

Lack of training which ultimately leads to bad performance and blame the employee for not working well. This leads to PIP and if you complete the task, they wont be satisfied from what you have delivered. And finally you are terminated. There is too much of politics and comparison between peers. No or very less salary hikes. Unnecessary time consuming mandates. No work life balance.
