Working at M&M was a great experience. Hopefully if I get a chance will definitely work with them again, but only with a mentor cum manager (except E&P). Great place to work for under strong leader - CEO, focused on achieving his vision "A Billion Dollar Company".

Flexible working hours. But since you are having laptop to carry home, you will be told to work from home leading to long working hours.

Dislikes

Lack of training which ultimately leads to bad performance and blame the employee for not working well. This leads to PIP and if you complete the task, they wont be satisfied from what you have delivered. And finally you are terminated. There is too much of politics and comparison between peers. No or very less salary hikes. Unnecessary time consuming mandates. No work life balance.

No transparency and clarity. After making you work like a donkey, they can anytime put into PIP period to avoid appraisals. Pathetic work life balance. Manager will give work on Friday night and ask you to give by Monday morning. Office politics and no leadership team. HR needs to work on the work policies.
