I believe Job Security is completely depend on us, How much productive we are for the company, It's about the complete corporate culture. In-short if we are good in our work, there is no issue with the Job security. Policies are something which are made by company to give healthy environment to their Employee, So I think it's Good here. Overall Nice place to work.

Its been an year working on Coronis, it feels like second home, Some times management changes feared now what would happen with new people, but the more you new people met or know u experience better.
