Talking about job security, yes coronis provide the job security to their employees. Company has set up a work culture very well specially HR designed it per employee satisfaction I found management somewhere biased. They have selection of people to whom they provide benefits as per their bonding. Management only gives to feedback to improve your area but they never stated the ways to improve. Teammates are very helping in nature Training is well planned Coronis provide job security to their employees Career Growth opportunities are widely opened by organization but when it comes to employees only operation management quantized on the basis of their bonding with the employees. i am very thankful to the organization as they brought many IJPs in the past and it is still continued. Salary/Appraisal are not up to the expectations. Travel- never travelled to work related. Politics - Not all are in politics in our organization.
