I dont know about others experience but for me, I want company to listen, understand, respond and Support which I received during and after my tenure. I was lucky that I was under Mohit Bali team and in Noida office having HR Varsha Chabbra. If you are delivering what company expecting then no one will be against you. Private company is all about handling pressure and improving you skill. Sit and earn will not work here. Company is good in term of salary, incentive and support( hardworker) . Even in the lock down period company paid the full salary that's what I like the most and this company is really nice but the people in lower management specially the managers are super ploliticals.

Dislikes

Unfair decisions, company policies are not adhere by theanagees itself, few get promoted 180 degree with no good job done and making other capable people cornered, also promotion policies are breaked. You have to show case work extensions.

Higher officials domination. They give much amount of targets which cannot be completed. They ask us to extend if we didn't complete the targets orelse they reduce salary. But the target is too high

They provide loyality bonus onthe terms of productivity and quality and if you do not complete 3 years they would recover all the bonus from your salary. Why call this loyality bonus it must be named as loan. Above that you can not leave company witin 6 months of your appraisal , that a mout also be recovered from your remaining salary other wise no FNF....Read More
