I believe Job Security is completely depend on us, How much productive we are for the company, It's about the complete corporate culture. In-short if we are good in our work, there is no issue with the Job security. Policies are something which are made by company to give healthy environment to their Employee, So I think it's Good here. Overall Nice place to work.

Many learning opportunities here, company is in it's Growing Phase, So expecting more learning and more opportunities in upcoming years.

I Love the fact that iam the part of such a wonderful team where TL, Managers and all the management is very Supportive and cooperative, Another plus point is that my collogues come from various cultural background and we work happily together

Compensation is good , but growth is slow , I have to attend client calls , I am handling the project all alone and achieving more than the target but still not received any incentives till date
