Company culture, No support from managers and TL No support from HR finance department, Work Life balance extremely poor At the time of hiring they show false package when you will join they offer very low salary No personal growth development They are working distinctly from others if you join them, after sometime you think that I have look somewhere else for good opportunity and some hike in salary seriously speaking you will suffer very much in this because on those tools they are working no other companies are working on that particular tools on that case you will suffer a lot. Seniors are of pathetic behaviour no support from theirs No bonuses give on main festive season even though they deduct the bonus part from your salary Amount of over time they give but they deduct that amount also suppose you get X amount for your overtime the give you (x-5) Even though its an MNC company but trust me you enjoy working in small companies rather here its a fact. Every time in is organization you feel mentally pressurised For fresher and who are having 1+ or 2+ years of experience I will never recommend repeat never recommended, If you have 1+ years of experience I am damn sure they waste your 1+ years of experience after leaving GFK you will definitely face to grab new opportunity its for sure. - Uneducated Manager ( behaviour Wise) - 12 or 10th pass can do that work same as matching/Fill ups we did in primary school. - Providing training to future politician, If you are good in politics than you can get a appraisal or bonus, else should be give personal benefits to manager. - New service manager are not competant, got promoted due to boot liking process. - Unskilled labour apart from execption. - There some managers only who can influence the HR team, creating policies like “gudda gudiya ka khel” chal rha ho jaise. - New thing HR recruiter “Nitin Goplani” have own contacts with consultancy, no faire competition during interview, If you are appling through career portal they will not select you. - Even they know that they have unskilled labours thats why not hiring ex employees, reject the application. - Fresher/intern if you dont want to grow please join the company, if main purpose is timepass only, You will have the experience on document but skills same like new service managers🤣🤣....Read More
