If you Wanted to have career in Market Research Industry Then probably KANTAR is the best place work here. Once you started working here your work mostly is tool based so you can't use the same experience in other IT companies.

Kantar is like school. u know the syllabus is useless and still u have to study. boring work life but job security is there.

office politics. i was in north-americ hub and my manager kamlesh was a psycho. god knows how his other colleagues handle that jerk. never gave any long leave and if knows that u r learning some new tech thats the end of ur good days at kantar

very fun culture and there are events every months. job security and maternity benefits. also there are good allowances for us shift but not for uk. if u are good with your manager , never speak about hike, and not technically sound then you can roam free here and nobody will force u to work or anything. they just dont like ppl who are planning for career growth and want change in the process.

very terrible work life balance. from onshore the inputs come in very faulty manner and still we need to accomodate them in timelines. employee need to be flexible and stretch for 10+ hrs but managers and hod will never speak abt paying employee. i worked in uk hub so not sure abt others. Managers are always micro managing and whenpm or ipm team does something wrong they wont take programmer side and just earn goodwill with pm team as they are trying for IJP in pm team. Hike are also very poor. higher management are okay to get freshers for 5LPA and train them for 3-4 mnths than giving proper hike to hardworking senior programmers. This was the primary reason for attrition during my work time and all the team members had to experience burnout....Read More

pathetic. They implement process and cancel them without giving any reason. only burnout for progranmers and nothing else. if managers had stomach then programmers wont suffer.
