No work life balance Micro managing Rotten mid management - zero help on projects,they willl just check 10 times a day on how much work has been completed Politics is spread across the Gurgaon office and the appraisal is completely based on how much of a yes guy you were to the manager, performance has no role in appraisal. Managersmake impossible commitments and then juniors are supposed to work every other weekend to fulfill them..and this is when client had not even given a stringent timeline. No Bonus and taking more then 15 leaves in a calender year is looked down upon If you are looking to join in a junior role as a Management Trainee, Research Executive or a Senior Research Executive, I would seriouslly suggest you to go anywhere but here. You will get to learn many skills. Especially from junior management level, Ipsos provides opportunity to manage cleint directly. Everyone is co-operative and help you in projects.

Dislikes

Long working hours. Almost zero work life balance. You will be stressed with your work. No bonous. Work in weekends, leaves, company holidays. No compensation offs. Less salary as per the market standards.

Way too much process, half the time you'll be doing non research related work because it's the way they work. And worst part is there's no help if you get stuck. Lot of things like filling up a buggy and long quotation form and fighting with many teams to get approvals or just get them to do their work is a real pain. If anything atall got side ways you're blamed. RPM is a total waste of resource for quant research. There seems to be a lot of politics lurking below the surface....Read More
