I just hate to work in the branch with the management being only reason as they have always been enjoying the fruits in a bowl. There is lot of politics where have been looking people who give some portion of their claims to the management to satisfy them, and many clients works are given to only those employees. The management is very bad as it indirectly supported few staff to play games, watch YouTube, waste time looking into Facebook all the time sitting in the office with high salaries, where all the efforts were put by low level paid staff who directly satisfies the client working at clients place. And the top management of my branch stated in few scenarios to me that I too should satisfy the management rather than client. I disagreed on his terms and replied that I am working here for the company name and not just for me or any individual so have decided, and continuing satisfying only clients and I am happy with that....Read More
