Karan sir is the best. I preach to every single word he says. These flop companies are petty bimbs who don't know how to run a successful endeavour. Our Karan is a Starboy building 1M+ pages on both fb & ig. Ppl struggle to make a 1m page platform on even one social lol. KARAN IS A SUPERSTAR

Contract extension will nt be done more than 2.5 years if company itself agree to retain employees Need to change this rules if possible since other consultants are ready to extend the contract for any number of years.

Organisation is failed to bring projects while competitors getting projects.There is no job security here due to lack of project.There is no chance to internally to other domain though you have skills in it.

Job security is zero, if you are offboarded by the client project you will be release from Randstad also. no sitting on bench or notice period.

Dislike because I am working more then 5 years but no any designation promotion and no salary hike of my expectations. I am aslo mailed my Territory Manager regarding salary increase matter but He told Randstad not responce regarding this.. but my others office colleague salary increase Two times this years. i have researched Randstad and understand that every company has its challenges. if i were to mention a few areas for improvement i would say. I have heard that the company can be quite large and bureaucratic which may lead to slow decision making process.

The work model is terrible for all be that freshers or experienced. There is no relevant growth or salary hikes. Management takes a lot of time to acknowledge or even respond to employee quieres. Randstad builds clients for brand name and reputation. Rest assured there are no benifits apart from the basic medical insurance that the company provides. Everything else below par. These people will cl u regarding job, they will not give any clarity regarding the requirement, they will release the offer even if u have long notice period then they'll ask us to join before,if u said no then they will stop responding to ur calls n msgs, by trusting their non sense offer if u resigned in the current company u ll loose ur job. That's all.

Dislikes

Worst working experience. Still waiting for reimbursement of expenses after 5 months of leaving the company. It took 3 months to release relieving letter and experience letter after the notice period.
