Work life balance for few projects and teams, moderate perks(specially since office moved to new location in Hyderabad)

Dislikes

No job security, recognition are useless in terms of monetary values. If you are in IT you are most vulnerable and can loose job any moment when your role is redundant. No severance package for terminations. learning opportunities are limited. Leadership is not efficient to make the org grow.

Diversity is a big issue mainly in management .. 2 female staff out of 12 male dominated Managers..sometimes you will need same gender to express tough issues which is missing and if you have low voice you will be humiliated infront of entire crowd.. Even there are complaints raised from female staff no action will be taken from higher Management..

Dislikes

Payscale, work life balance and benefits, no bonus, no proper appraisals, no outings, can layoff anytime, can ask u to login forcefully on Weekends.

The work model is terrible for all be that freshers or experienced. There is no relevant growth or salary hikes. Management takes a lot of time to acknowledge or even respond to employee quieres. Randstad builds clients for brand name and reputation. Rest assured there are no benifits apart from the basic medical insurance that the company provides. Everything else below par. Nothing to like- its a pathetic company. Whole higher mgmt. people are non-technical. Extreme politics. You won't feel you are working for a a MNC. someone who has been working in any core IT company will mot like this company- where everything is manual. Everything. Never trust their Job description. What they mention in JD is a mirage so people join Randstad- once you join you'll realize its a normal team member position on a different technology altogether-which is nowhere matching with what was mentioned in the JD. PATHETIC COMPANY. EVEN THE IT HEAD DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT THE IT BASICS-SHE HERSELF GOT THIS IT POSITION WITH REFERENCE.

The management is incompetent. I have faced racist issues from the onshore clients and only certain religious sections get promoted in offshore management showing biasedness and the incompetency of the management. The level of micro-management is unacceptable. The onshore client treats Indians inferior and shows authority and dominance over them.
