There is nothing to like about Kapston at all on of the worst company I have ever worked with.... Poors System Workload is very high Seniors presure is also high Working on holidays and week off

The senior leadership here aims to nurture leadership qualities in individuals. They encourage and expect actions such as decision-making, mentoring, and management. Recognizing my capabilities, I was promoted to the role of Regional Sales Manager, and I've been moving forward ever since.

The work environment is totally comfortable, especially for women. Even, company provide security for those working late hours. You'll get the support you need to lean new skills and stay updated. Seniors are really helpful, going the extra mile. Everyone here is friendly, making it easy to get along.

Some old processes are still being used. I believe it's time to stop using them.
