There is no surety in job with this organisation .. management is very poor. They don't even think of us. we the employees are not paid by this organisation during this pandemic. They strictly prohibited that there is no work no pay .. not even a single touch like con.call in covid pandemic time. So that's why I leave this organisation. There are lots of politics and management is very poor. There is no salary increment and carrier growth also.We the employees are not paid by this organisation during this pandemic. When we all had facing financial problem they started a new rule during this pandemic and it was no work no pay. So that's why I leave this organisation. Don't go for this company.
