I wonder why i was force to resign. even when all batches which i stated on time with good strenght and on time. and the attendance was also up to mark.managed my time well.ofcourse we have challanges in getting placement. but when its not happening why organisation didn't take any action agaist placement manager. if mobilisation is not happening at last batches only because we are facing challenges to get minorities which every PIA is struggling on the same.so mobiliser is not having any responsiblity to answer.and as a manager i am not magetian to get this propper without mobiliser and placement manager.When both are engaged with state head in clearing istallment amount. so i pressure situation i didn't get any support from my manager. rather he was blamming everything on me without thinking of reality.what i find the reason is he was looking another person close to him for the same post but meanwhile i joined there as Center in charge.after six months it was clear that what i douted was absolutely true. Mr X was given the opportunity. but it didn't cause any change.ultimately i can say here we can't survive when politics play major role. but it was a good learning experience for me . so i realy like this organisation for giving such a good leason....Read More
