The only thing good about Randstad is that they hired capable and friendly employees to work.

1.There is no job security 2. Your shift timings are not going to be honoured. They'll shift you from morning to afternoon to night shift as and when they feel like. 3. The management is very inapproachable and there is 0 empathy. 4. The work pressure is immense. 5. We were forced to work on all public holidays including our festivals - Diwali and Dussehra. 6. Moreover the night shift is brutal and extreme- 10:30PM-7:30AM. 7. The employee experience is beyond disappointing, 10-15 employees resigned in a span of 15 days as we are always forced to work "properly" and if not, they'll sack is or put us in PIP. 8. Very low rate of hikes ( peanuts) More of buttering culture Hard working people are not rewarded or recognised Less salary Horrible Hr leads They make you sign agreement so that you don’t join big brands or client, in case your client wants you to convert into full time employee they can’t do it due to agreement. So basically you’ve to leave the job and then after 2 months you can join them.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture if you work with some women inside the organization. They don't give people respect and no freedom I side the organization. People are such dumb that they don't give you the last month pay slip after any candidate gives the resignation, especially justin raj. I don't even consider him a hr guy. And there are few other people who are unfit in the organization.
