Extremely poor work life balance. Extremely poor compensation. No bonus, no rewards for overtime or for working well or hard( occasional awards excluded here ). Very poor leadership, do not value the employees. No appreciation for good work. You are expected to give over 12 hours on a general basis. You are expected to work on weekends on projects with high work pressure. Such cases are seldom resolved with the clients / leadership.
