Absolutely nothing. The good people left.

Worst place to work. As good as EY that you hear in the news. 1. Unless you are from top tier college, you'll never get a good project. Get ready to work on Excel and PPTs and calling it analytics. 2. You don't need skills to survive here. People with absolute zero knowledge are Managers and in Leadership. If you can bootlick, steal credit of others work and write great emails and make nice presentations, you can thrive here. Or an MBA degree from any cheap college will work. 3. Work life Balance is as bad as it can get. They expect 12 hours daily(even on weekends) and want you to be available 24*7. And that is bare minimum. Anything less that that and you don't expect appraisal. 4. You will never get leaves even if you are genuinely sick or someone dies in your family. Especially in CE under certain projects. 5. HR policies: They have hired a bunch of HRs for god knows what reason who have no work all day except implementing policies and firing people for minor issues. WFH/WFO policies are so strict and stringent, it's better to just come office daily. 6. Zero culture. Cut throat and credit hogging culture is rampant in certain projects. You can successfully run polticial campaigns after working here. 7. Leadership is a joke. Management is just for namesake. My previous manager worked barely two hours a day and still was able to get all awards and promotion by taking credit of team's work. I left this company even before I had an offer in hand. I would rather be unemployed than tolerate their harrasment on a daily basis. Any good review you read is probably from HRs, Management or freshers. If you have any ounce of self respect, do not join this company....Read More

Nothing. They pay you well, but at the cost of your sanity and self-respect.

Dislikes

Your entire feedback and appraisal is dependent on your manager. This results in a very dirty work environment. Managers have too much power which is being misused and employees are either being exploited or blackmailed using the feedback mechanism (no promotions/appraisals) if you don't comply with everything the managers' say. To top it, the managers have no idea what they're doing. They don't understand the work and mislead you with the tasks, they micromanage and won't let you take any breaks, they force you to work late nights (no work life balance), they will take credit for all your good work and look for your smallest mistakes to blame you for anything that is going wrong (no work satisfaction). They will use this feedback to threaten you and you will always question your job security rather than planning your career constructively. Very demotivating work culture and lot of politics. Only favouritism works here. If you are in manager's good books, only then you can do well. And for this, they will ask you to l**k their boots. Be ready to either lose your self respect or self confidence if you want to work here....Read More

Nothing as of now , even they have decreased salary standards and going year over year this is dipping down

Worst leadership ever I have seen . They promise less time to client and push employees to work late nights and over weekends without extra pay . Leaders here are just people with very less skills to handle clients and it all comes to ground level people to stretch and do it all .

Hike is better than other MNCs

There is no work life balance. Too much of micromanagement. 6 months work is expected to complete it 2 months without enough resources. Hard working people needs to work day and night and weekend to complete the work. Higher management os commiting toght timelines to client and team members are struggling to meet the timelines.

Leadership lacks empathy . They just run on numbers, deliverables and meetings. Funer ruings like support, help, understanding, empathy, mentorship etc are meaningless words here. I was pregnant and yet they decided to put me in PIP and remove. I kept asking them to move me out of project and account but they didn’t do on time and kept giving me bad feedback. All management control by his main office Gurgaon. In new offices in others cites they don't have much senior person. So if you are working from others cites your rest of team setting on Gurgaon and noida office. Work from office policy are very bad.
